This project was a full residential roof replacement that started with a solid foundation. We removed the existing roofing, completed a full plywood re-sheet to ensure a clean, secure deck, then installed a 24 ga standing seam metal roof using 16” panels in Burgundy. The result is a stronger roof system with a crisp finish and long-term, low-maintenance protection.
