This project involved a full roof upgrade and detailed exterior metal work. We removed the existing shingles and replaced them with a new 16” standing seam metal roof for long-term durability and a clean finish. We also rebuilt the flat roof using Soprema modified bitumen with tapered insulation to improve drainage and prevent pooling. To complete the system, we installed an inlaid gutter and fabricated a standout feature on this home: a 65 ft seamless fascia, nearly 24” wide, along with custom coping and flashing to keep every transition watertight and sharp.
