This project was a full residential roof replacement with a complete exterior edge upgrade. We completed a plywood re-sheet to create a solid deck, then installed a 24 ga standing seam metal roof using 16” panels in Matte Black for a clean, long-lasting finish. We also installed new soffit, fascia, and eavestrough to sharpen the edges, support proper ventilation, and improve drainage. To control snow release and protect key areas below, we added an S5 snow guard system and finished critical transitions with custom coping and flashing.
