This project was a full residential roof replacement with a complete exterior edge upgrade. We installed a 24 ga standing seam metal roof using 16” panels in Textured Dark Graphite for a clean, high-end finish built for decades of protection. We also installed new soffit, fascia, and eavestrough to sharpen the edges, support proper airflow, and improve water control. To reduce sliding snow and protect key areas below, we added an S5 snow guard system.
