This project is one of three custom homes currently being built. Our scope covered the full exterior metal package: Siding installation Soffit, fascia, and eavestrough 16” standing seam metal roofing Modified bitumen flat roofing We installed a 24 ga standing seam system in Jet Black Textured for a clean, high-end finish. We also integrated metal cladding and ACM panels to match the modern design lines. For the flat roof areas, we installed Soprema modified bitumen to deliver a durable, watertight system built for long-term performance.
