

Commercial Kitchens
This project involved the renovation and conversion of an outdated facility into four fully functional, identical commercial kitchens designed to accommodate independent culinary operations. We were brought in midway through construction after the project had already experienced significant setbacks, including a six-month schedule delay and a budget overrun of approximately 25%. Upon our involvement, we quickly assessed the existing conditions, identified key areas of inefficiency, and implemented our project management systems and operational procedures. This included coordinating with trades, restructuring the construction schedule, resolving outstanding design and permit issues, and re-establishing accountability among stakeholders. Through focused oversight and strategic adjustments, we were able to bring the project back on track — stabilizing costs, regaining forward momentum, and restoring confidence among ownership and tenants. Our involvement ultimately turned around a struggling build into a successful delivery.
