Concentrix Roof Coating & Maintenance

At 2451 Monarch Dr in Laredo, TX, J.M. Flores Roofing & Construction, Inc. completed a high-performance roof restoration system tailored for the existing TPO membrane. The 66,000 sq ft roof was professionally power washed at 2,500 PSI to remove surface contaminants, ensuring a clean substrate. Detailed repairs were made across the field and perimeter, including sealing of all cracks, laps, HVAC curbs, and field wrapping of four pitch pans. To ensure proper adhesion to the TPO surface, we applied PolyBrite® 79 primer, followed by a single, full-coverage application of PolyBrite® 90.1, a premium-grade, high-solids white silicone roof coating. This system forms a durable, seamless waterproof membrane designed to resist ponding water and UV exposure. The project is backed by a 10-year manufacturer labor and material warranty.
