This project consists of cleaning, preparing, and restoring the existing roof system using a silicone coating application. The scope includes power washing the roof surface, applying primer at 0.25 gallons per square, and installing a final silicone top coat at 1.5 gallons per square to provide long-term waterproofing, UV protection, and improved performance of the existing roofing system.
