In this commercial exterior project, our crew repainted this commercial building in Oakland Park, covering all stucco walls, soffits, ceilings, facade, wood fascia, conduit and wiring, service doors and frames, bay doors, front sidewalk, and front shingles. At the front facade, existing brick and upper front sections were prepared with bonding agent and corner beads, then finished with multiple coats of smooth stucco. All signage was staged and removed prior to the stucco application. Existing stucco was pressure cleaned, sealed, and patched with elastomeric filler, then painted by spray and back roller — all with proper safety staging and signage throughout.
