In this commercial exterior project, we prepped and restored the EIFS trim along the front facade of this busy Walgreens location. Our crew pressure cleaned with a turbo-tip, hand-scraped all blistering paint, patched cracks with elastomeric filler, and caulked window transitions and metal cap areas to address water intrusion. The trim was finished with a clean, uniform coat — all while coordinating around store hours to minimize disruption to customers and staff
