In this residential exterior project, our crew painted all stone tile walls, trim, columns, chimney, accents, and eyebrows on this Fort Lauderdale home. All stone surfaces were sealed with a full flood coat of hot stucco primer by spray and back roller, then finished with Sherwin Williams paint. Metal railings, lights, garage doors, and impact windows and doors were prepped, sanded, primed, and custom sprayed with direct-to-metal enamel for a super fine finish. Spalling concrete at the back balcony was repaired, tile balcony decks were waterproofed, wood fascia and gutters were painted, and all roof tiles were professionally pressure cleaned.
