In this commercial exterior project, our crew completed a full exterior repaint of this Pompano Beach church — covering stucco walls, soffits, ceilings, facade, breezeways, stairway sections, columns, trim, and the stucco steeple with cross. Rotted wood fascia was prepped, scraped, filled with Bondo, and sanded before painting. Stucco cracks were patched with elastomeric filler, and windows were caulked at stucco-to-metal transitions. Metal flashing, masonry lattice, and all service doors and frames were also painted. The project was phased across the back, front, sides, courtyard, and upper facade over 20 days, all coordinated around the church's regular operations.
