In this commercial interior project, our crew painted hallway walls, service doors, AC doors, smoke doors, and elevator doors across multiple floors of this Miami Beach condominium, from the penthouse down to the 3rd floor. Walls were pole-sanded, nail holes puttied, and fresh drywall spot-primed with PVA primer. Unit and kitchen doors and frames were prepped, sanded, deglossed, oil-based primed, and finished with enamel on the corridor side. Elevator doors were stripped to bare metal, primed, and repainted — all coordinated with building management to minimize disruption to residents.
