In this residential interior project, our crew painted walls, ceilings, baseboards, and crown molding throughout the common areas of this Miami home, including the family room, kitchen, dining room, and living room with hallway. Wood walls in the living room and hallway were prepped, puttied, and painted. The foyer baseboard was stain-matched to the existing wood walls and finished with two coats of varnish. Wall trim sections were removed, patched, and textured for a clean look. The master bathroom was recaulked with almond-colored caulking, all with careful protection of furnishings throughout.
