In this commercial interior project at a senior living community, our crew completed a full repaint of a one-bedroom unit — walls, baseboards, ceilings, and all doors and frames. Minor drywall damage and nail holes were prepped and patched throughout. Fresh knockdown texture on the ceilings was primed with PVA drywall primer before receiving two coats of Sherwin Williams paint. The exterior balcony walls and ceiling were also painted. All work was carefully coordinated with building management and executed with sensitivity to the surrounding residents.
