In this exterior project, our crew painted three Victoria Park townhome units covering all stucco walls, soffits, ceilings, trim, parapets, columns, wood fascia, EIFS medallions, metal gutters and downspouts, garage doors, and all conduit and piping. Stucco cracks were patched with elastomeric filler and windows caulked at stucco-to-metal transitions. All surfaces were pressure cleaned, sealed with clear primer, and finished with two coats of paint by spray and back roller for a ten-year warranty. Bare wood fascia was primed with Gripper, scupper openings were waterproofed, and decorative trim at the upper roofline was removed and patched.
