Targeted roof repair to address wildlife damage and shingle failure. The existing rolled ridge vent had been chewed through by a critter, leaving a sizable hole and exposing the attic to weather and further pest intrusion. We removed the damaged rolled vent and upgraded the system to a rigid plastic ridge vent — a more durable, critter-resistant solution that provides reliable attic ventilation and long-term protection. In addition, several shingles along the mansard wall had loosened and slipped out of place. Our team secured and replaced the affected shingles to restore a clean, weather-tight finish. The result: a stronger, better-ventilated roof that's built to keep the elements — and the wildlife — out.
