The project began with a full two-layer tear-off down to the original board decking, followed by a thorough inspection and any necessary deck repairs. To ensure maximum protection in the most vulnerable areas, we installed 6 feet of ice & water shield along the eaves and full ice & water coverage in the valleys, followed by synthetic underlayment across the entire roof. The home was finished with architectural black shingles for a sharp, timeless look, and the existing ridge vent was replaced with an upgraded ridge vent to improve attic ventilation and extend the roof's lifespan.
