This project involved a complete roof replacement on a residential property in Newton, MA, including both sloped and low-slope roofing areas as well as the installation of multiple skylights. The sloped sections were built using Owens Corning TruDefinition® Duration® architectural shingles in Williamsburg Gray as part of a complete Owens Corning roofing system. Low-slope areas were professionally completed using a Mule-Hide EPDM rubber roofing system to ensure superior waterproofing and long-term durability. The project also included the installation of VELUX fixed skylights with manufacturer-approved flashing systems and interior shades, providing increased natural light while maintaining a watertight seal. The finished roof delivers system-backed performance, weather protection, and enhanced curb appeal.
