This project was a facelift to an investor's long-time rental property. This was a quick budget minded rehab, that is not quite a homeowner's updating remodel, while still presenting quality that leaves the "landlord special" behind. The following work was done: - Uniform Interior repaint with accent black on exterior doors, chimney, and beams. - Drywall repairs where appropriate after some needed foundation repairs - Tub resurfacing on two bathrooms - Replacement of MDF Laminate for Vinyl Plank Flooring in common areas - Replacement of MDF Laminate for Carpet in Bedrooms. - Replacement of light fixtures throughout. - Pressure wash & touch up exterior.
