We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for an apartment complex in North Brunswick Township. Our team stripped the existing roofing down to the structural framing to ensure a sound foundation for the new system. We identified and repaired damaged rafters and ridge beams before installing new plywood sheathing across the multi-building site. To provide superior moisture protection, we applied ABC Pro Guard synthetic underlayment and high-quality GAF Timberline HDZ asphalt shingles. We also integrated new white gutters and vertical downspouts to improve the property’s water management and drainage. Throughout the process, we utilized heavy-duty tarps and hydraulic lifts to protect the surrounding landscape and brick facades while maintaining a clean workspace for residents.
