Installed a Lochinvar Combi Boiler in a customer's home with five zone valves for efficient heating and hot water distribution. The setup included: -Boiler Installation: Mounted and connected the Lochinvar combi unit for space heating and domestic hot water. -Zone Valve Setup: Installed and wired five zone valves for independent temperature control in different areas. -Piping & Circulation: Connected supply and return lines, ensuring proper flow through each zone. -Electrical & Controls: Integrated zone controls with thermostats for seamless operation. -Startup & Testing: Purged air, set system pressures, checked for leaks, and tested heating performance. -System now provides efficient, on-demand hot water and precise heating control for the homeowner. ✅
