We performed an extensive exterior restoration and structural repair project for this Fayetteville residence. Our crew addressed significant wood decay affecting the siding, trim, and structural components of the home. We focused on replacing failing fascia, soffits, and window casings that had succumbed to moisture intrusion over time. To ensure long-term durability, we integrated Huber Advantech subflooring and new lap siding into the affected areas. We also remediated rot within the crawl space, replacing damaged rim joists and subflooring to stabilize the floor system. These targeted repairs corrected the underlying damage and reinforced the building envelope for years to come.
