We completed a multi-phase emergency utility repair and site restoration for a commercial property in Cincinnati. Our team first cleared several fallen trees and storm debris that had compromised the parking lot and lawn areas. Following the cleanup, we performed deep excavation to access and repair a damaged underground fire protection line. The scope included the installation of a new red fire sprinkler standpipe and comprehensive pressure testing of the system components. We coordinated the repair of the main water line and fire hydrant to ensure the facility met all safety requirements. We concluded the project by backfilling the excavation trenches and applying durable asphalt patches to restore the parking lot and driveway.
