We completed a detailed water damage assessment and restoration for a commercial spa facility in St. Petersburg. Our team conducted a thorough inspection of the interior ceilings, walls, and flooring to identify moisture intrusion and structural vulnerabilities. We specifically targeted areas showing visible hairline cracks and discoloration to ensure all underlying issues were properly documented and addressed. During the process, we utilized digital moisture meters to evaluate the hardwood flooring and inspected the under-sink PVC plumbing for active leaks. We also examined the exterior stucco facade and metal mansard roofing for potential entry points. This comprehensive approach allowed us to stabilize the environment and mitigate further damage to the interior finishes and structural framing.
