We addressed significant roofing failures and subsequent interior water intrusion for this residential property in Riverview. Our team identified areas of missing shingles and failed underlayment before performing necessary repairs to the roof deck and surrounding flashing. We utilized RhinoRoof synthetic underlayment and matched asphalt shingles to restore the roof's integrity and protect it from further weather events. Interior work involved using FLIR thermal imaging to locate hidden moisture behind walls and repairing damaged drywall and ceilings affected by the leaks.
