We performed a comprehensive water damage restoration and interior remediation for this residential property in St. Petersburg. Our team cleared massive amounts of storm debris, installed protective roof tarps, and executed flood cuts to remove damaged drywall throughout the home. We also assessed the kitchen and living areas to identify the source of significant ceiling leaks and structural staining. We carefully exposed framing and bulkheads to ensure the building envelope was properly dried and stabilized. Our process involved managing site safety and preparing the interior for a complete rebuild after major water intrusion. These initial restoration efforts were critical in preventing further deterioration of the home's structure and materials.
