We performed an extensive water damage restoration and exterior assessment for this two-story residence in New Port Richey following hurricane exposure. Our team inspected the structural integrity of the stucco exterior, windows, and balcony to address moisture intrusion and environmental wear. We focused on identifying and repairing areas where sealant failures and staining had compromised the building envelope. The project involved evaluating the arched double-hung windows, decorative trim, and the second-story metal balcony for visible rust and water staining. We addressed interior drywall bubbling and moisture damage beneath window sills to restore the home’s interior finishes. This restoration ensured the property was properly sealed against future storm events while maintaining its architectural character.
