We completed an extensive restoration for this Homestead property, focusing on repairing the roof and restoring water-damaged interior surfaces. Our team identified and replaced cracked terracotta tiles and reinforced the mortar bedding to secure the building envelope against the elements. We then addressed the resulting ceiling damage through precision drywall patching and seamless paint matching throughout the primary living areas and the garage. To improve the home's utility, we installed a ductless mini-split HVAC system in the garage to support its conversion into a functional home gym. We also enhanced the backyard by integrating a custom black wooden pergola and an outdoor kitchen with granite countertops over the existing stone-paved patio. The final result provided the homeowners with a weather-tight structure and significantly improved outdoor living functionality.
