We managed a comprehensive water damage restoration project in Howell, New Jersey, following significant moisture intrusion. Our team installed containment barriers and utilized industrial-grade LGR 7000 dehumidifiers and air movers to dry the affected subflooring and wall cavities. We performed necessary demolition, removing damaged drywall and flooring to ensure a clean and dry environment for the rebuild. The restoration involved protecting existing dark-stained hardwood floors while addressing damage in the bathrooms and kitchen areas. We installed new white hexagonal floor tiles, white subway tile surrounds, and dark wood vanities with integrated sinks.
