We conducted a comprehensive storm damage assessment and documentation for this two-story residential property following a hurricane event. Our team inspected the entire building envelope to identify structural breaches, including damage to the tile roof and stucco exterior. We focused on documenting specific points of moisture entry and the resulting impact on the home’s interior finishes. During the inspection, we found significant evidence of water intrusion, including moisture-stained window sills, bubbling paint, and baseboards pulling away from the drywall. We also identified cracked roof tiles and compromised fascia boards that contributed to the interior leaks.
