We managed a comprehensive water damage restoration project for a kitchen in Aventura to address significant buckling and warping in the hardwood flooring. Our team investigated moisture intrusion points near the stainless steel appliances and documented the findings for an insurance claim. We performed a detailed inspection of the subfloor and underlayment to evaluate the structural impact of the water damage. We examined the areas beneath the refrigerator and dishwasher, identifying specific issues with the appliance foundations and leveling mechanisms. The project involved assessing the multi-toned wood planks and the unique stepped transition between the kitchen and the main living space. By identifying the compromised sections, we were able to map out the necessary repairs to restore the floor's stability and appearance.
