We managed a comprehensive water damage mitigation project across multiple units in a residential high-rise on the Upper East Side. Our team performed detailed inspections to address significant moisture intrusion that caused buckling and lifting in the parquet wood flooring throughout several apartments. Utilizing FLIR thermal imaging and precision moisture meters, we mapped the extent of the saturation within the subflooring and interior walls. We deployed industrial-grade dehumidifiers and high-velocity air movers to stabilize the environment and prepare the affected spaces for structural repairs.
