We performed a comprehensive roofing restoration and exterior inspection on this single-story stucco home in Port Charlotte. Our team evaluated the shingle roof for damage, identifying lifted shingles and points of potential water intrusion. We also documented interior ceiling cracks and exterior fascia issues to ensure a complete assessment of the structure's condition. Using drone technology and manual inspection techniques, we marked damaged areas across the gray shingle surface to map necessary repairs. The project involved assessing the integrity of the roof's plumbing vents, soffits, and the screened-in porch enclosure. These efforts focused on identifying vulnerabilities to ensure long-term durability and protection against local weather conditions.
