We performed a comprehensive roofing restoration on this residence in Lake Wales to address widespread damage and prevent further moisture intrusion. Our team secured the structure by installing heavy-duty protective tarps and synthetic underlayment across the primary slopes, dormers, and valleys. We meticulously managed the project to ensure the core roofing system was stabilized against the elements. Throughout the process, we worked carefully around the existing solar thermal heating array and the large screened-in pool enclosure.
