We performed an extensive residential restoration project in Matawan, New Jersey, to address internal damage and prepare the home for a complete interior rebuild. Our team managed the full demolition phase, stripping the structure down to the wooden wall studs and plywood subflooring across multiple levels. This allowed for a thorough inspection of the building's skeleton and mechanical systems to ensure a safe and stable environment. During the process, we addressed compromised copper plumbing and updated the electrical wiring within the exposed framing. We also reinforced structural headers and assessed the subfloor integrity to provide a sound foundation for the new living spaces. The completed work ensures that all underlying systems are repaired and ready for the final stages of reconstruction.
