We performed a thorough roofing restoration and exterior inspection on this multi-story residence in Hazlet. Our team focused on repairing a puncture in the hip ridge and installing a large array of black solar panels across the multi-toned asphalt architectural shingles. We also documented and addressed significant stucco delamination and horizontal cracking above the main windows to restore the home's protective envelope. The project utilized high-performance brown asphalt shingles and metal valley flashing to ensure a watertight finish alongside the new solar mounting systems. By coordinating the roof repairs with the stucco remediation, we improved the building's structural integrity and energy efficiency. These upgrades provide a durable solution that protects the home from future environmental wear.
