We performed a full restoration and roof replacement for this residence in St. Petersburg following hurricane damage. Our crew removed compromised materials, replaced the plywood roof deck, and installed high-durability brown architectural shingles. We also addressed structural concerns by reinforcing ceiling joists and installing a new plywood header beam to stabilize the framework. On the exterior, we repaired the light blue siding and installed new aluminum soffits and fascia to properly vent the eaves and protect the home. We replaced water-damaged ceiling planks and remediated moisture issues throughout the carport and patio areas. This comprehensive approach restored the home’s structural integrity and provided a refreshed, weather-resistant exterior.
