We completed a comprehensive exterior restoration for this St. Petersburg home after it sustained flood damage. Our crew repaired the turquoise horizontal siding and addressed structural concerns across the property’s outdoor living spaces. We focused on restoring the functional and aesthetic components of the home’s exterior to ensure long-term stability. The project involved resetting stone pavers around the swimming pool and hot tub, as well as reinstalling white vinyl privacy fencing. We also worked on the white-framed sunroom and lanai area to ensure all enclosures were secure and properly sealed. The final result provided the homeowners with a fully restored backyard and a refreshed exterior that maintained its vibrant coastal character.
