Hurricane Damage Claim in St. Petersburg
Following Hurricane Milton, we performed a comprehensive damage assessment and restoration for this St. Petersburg residence. We began by securing the property with emergency roof tarping over damaged asphalt shingles to prevent further water intrusion. Our team then conducted interior moisture mapping using thermal imaging to identify hidden leaks behind walls and ceilings. The project involved removing compromised drywall, insulation, and drop ceiling panels where moisture had caused structural cracks and bubbling paint. We staged new Wildwood flooring and prepared the interior surfaces for complete reconstruction. By addressing the moisture at the source and mitigating further roof leaks, we stabilized the home for long-term recovery.
