Following Hurricane Milton, we performed a comprehensive damage assessment and restoration for this St. Petersburg residence. We addressed wind damage to the architectural shingles, which included replacing missing ridge caps and securing sections where the underlayment had been exposed. Our team also focused on the flat roof surfaces, applying high-grade sealant to parapet joints and skylight frames to prevent further moisture intrusion. To ensure a complete recovery, we utilized thermal imaging to identify hidden leaks and documented interior drywall cracking and water stains throughout the home. We also managed the staging of solar panels on the flat roof and cleared debris from the drainage system to restore proper functionality. The project concluded with repairs to the vinyl privacy fence and a structural evaluation of the storm-damaged dock.
