We performed a comprehensive assessment and emergency mitigation for this single-story residential property in Venice following hurricane-related damage. Our team documented extensive structural cracks in the terracotta clay tile roof, addressed weathered mortar joints, and installed temporary plywood patches to prevent immediate water intrusion. We also evaluated the exterior stucco, gutter systems, and mechanical equipment to ensure all wind-driven impacts were recorded. Beyond the roof, we conducted a thorough interior inspection to document the condition of ceilings, crown molding, and HVAC systems throughout the home. This process involved capturing detailed evidence of structural failure around roof vents and tile valleys that often lead to internal leaks. Our work provided the homeowner with the necessary documentation and stabilization required for their insurance claim.
