We performed a detailed water damage assessment and remediation at a residence in Miami Gardens. Our team investigated moisture intrusion affecting the interior walls, baseboards, and HVAC drainage systems. We systematically opened wall cavities in the bathroom to inspect the condition of metal studs and concrete backer boards. The scope of work included documenting compromised baseboards with visible bubbling and moisture staining beneath the Ruud furnace unit. We exposed areas behind the bathroom vanity to address discoloration and internal wall damage. These steps were critical for verifying the extent of the loss and preparing the structure for complete restoration.
