We managed a comprehensive restoration project in St. Petersburg to address significant water intrusion and interior damage. Our team performed essential repairs to the terracotta tile roof and installed an upgraded gutter and drainage system to better manage heavy runoff. Inside the home, we mitigated moisture damage by removing affected drywall and utilizing moisture detection tools to ensure the structure was dry before starting the reconstruction phase.
