We recently completed a comprehensive roof replacement project on a multi-level building in Metairie. This project involved the removal of old roofing and siding materials, and installation of new structural sheathing, underlayment, siding and finished roofing surfaces. The new roof features durable asphalt shingles on the pitched sections and a robust TPO roofing membrane for the flat areas, ensuring long-lasting protection. This roof system is constructed to Fortified standards and the TPO roof is covered by a full 20 year labor and material warranty. We also addressed dormer structures by installing new sheathing and Hardie Board siding as well as integrated new roofing components with existing HVAC units and electrical systems.
