- Remove 2 rotten spindles on the back staircase - Install 2 new spindles on the back staircase - Prep, prime, and paint 2 new spindles (We will check all spindles on staircase to make sure they are secured. Any additional spindle replaced will be tracked & billed at the end of the job) - Make wood repairs to window's stool cap at the back pool house. - Prep, prime, and paint the window's stool cap - Prep and seal one handrail end plates that are connected to the exterior wall (see attached pictures) - Remove two existing toe kicks on the back staircase - Install two new toe kicks on the back staircase - Prep, prime, and paint two new toe kicks - Remove one existing landing board on the back staircase - Install one new landing board on the back stair case - Prep, prime, and paint new landing boards - Prep and paint the staircase runners to the staircase. - Inspect framing and re-secure as needed under stairwell landing - Remove one existing damaged siding at the pool house and install new. (We will check the lower level siding for any more that need to be replaced. Any additional siding replaced will be tracked & billed at the end of the job) - Prep and paint two exterior siding walls of the pool house -Clean after repairs are made
