We completed a comprehensive flooring transformation in Brookings, replacing outdated carpet and worn parquet with new wood planks throughout the home. We began by removing the existing surfaces and addressing localized water damage at the subfloor and wall plates. Our team performed extensive preparation, including repairing the wooden subfloor and applying a self leveler to ensure a smooth clean job. We installed light-toned wood flooring across the main living areas, hallways, and entryways. The project also included a full staircase conversion, where we replaced old carpeting with matching wood treads to create a cohesive look. We finished the space with updated white baseboards to complement the new floors, providing a durable and modern finish.
