Residential Roofing Installation using Malarkey Vista AR Shingles (Black Oak)

Another tear off and install using Malarkey Roofing Vista AR (Black Oak) shingles. Replaced many rotted sheets of decking and re-framed around the chimney. We also installed three Velux FCM (curb mount) skylights to fit the cavity. The homeowner was thrilled we were able to fix those issues and is enjoying his new roof.
