This bathroom had localized drywall damage beside the shower enclosure caused by a shower leak. The affected area showed deterioration around the lower wall, trim, and shower transition. We removed damaged material as needed, patched and secured the affected drywall, and worked the repaired area back into the surrounding wall surface. The repair was then prepped to a paint-ready condition. Painting and final finishing coats were not included in the scope of this project. The completed repair left the damaged area restored and ready for the homeowner’s final paint application.
