This Middletown home received updates in several areas, including new bathroom flooring and repairs to damaged ceiling drywall. In the bathroom, we prepared the existing subfloor and installed grey wood-look luxury vinyl plank flooring, carefully fitting the new flooring around the existing fixtures. A metal transition strip was added where the LVP meets the adjacent carpet for a clean, finished edge. We also repaired several ceiling areas throughout the home, including openings and cutouts near existing light fixtures. The damaged sections were patched, mudded, and sanded to create smooth surfaces ready for final paint. By tackling the flooring and drywall repairs together, we refreshed worn areas of the home and left both the bathroom floor and ceiling surfaces with a cleaner, more finished appearance.
